Taking care of your mental health during reserach can be challenging. In this workshop you will get a chance to learn from Kristian Drøsshaug about useful methods and strategies for addressing this issue. We will have group work and be given tools to cope with stress in research. So bring your lunch and meet us!

Together with Fritidshus, there will be 2 Yoga mediation session on November 15th & 22nd. Each event is ca 1.5h, and it starts with 45min yoga. We have 20-30 spots for each event, and the exact room will be sent out with confirmation email.
