Public consultation (høring) – New regulations on recruitment positions  

Dear DION Members,  

DION was invited to respond to the consultation process about new NTNU regulations for teaching and research positions and recruitment positions planned to take effect as of January 2025. Public consultations are an essential part of the legislative and regulatory process. This allows stakeholders across the organization, including temporary academic staff like us, to provide feedback on and influence the guidelines and regulations that affect us.

DION Board Game Evening [Campus Gjøvik]

DION invites you to the board game evening at 16:00, on Friday, September 20. The event takes place at the NTNU Gjøvik Library (G building). There will be many games to choose from, and snacks and soft drinks, as always. Feel free to bring your own board games too. Also feel free to invite friends & family.   • EuroDoc Positions
    Eurodoc, the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers, is a grassroots federation of national associations representing early-career researchers (ECRs) across Europe. Eurodoc works to enhance the conditions for doctoral candidates and postdocs in Europe, advocating for their professional development and the improvement of research policies.

    Currently, Eurodoc is looking to fill several positions in its working groups and to collaborate closely with the Eurodoc Board. If you are interested in volunteering, find more information here: Eurodoc Call for Volunteers.
